Yeah, but compare that with where they have been the last decade and this was a great year for ND fans.

well, true, but the team was loaded with seniors so we will have to reload a bit. So far Kelly has done well recruiting. I was referring to the whole Teo bullshit tho

Yeah, but compare that with where they have been the last decade and this was a great year for ND fans. HOLLA! espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/9177148/ncaa-oregon-ducks-agree-major-violations-committed-football-programORTLAND, Ore. -- The University of Oregon proposed a self-imposed two-year probation and the loss of a scholarship for three years because of possible recruiting violations involving the Ducks' football program.
The university released documents late Monday that included a proposed summary disposition from September which discusses the violations and characterizes at least one as "major." The contents of the documents were first reported by KATU television in Portland.
The strength of Oregon's position is the way the NCAA reacted to other recent cases, as well as the gray area with NCAA rules on recruiting services, Ted Miller writes. Blog The NCAA began looking into possible violations following reports about payments Oregon made to recruiting services, including a $25,000 payment to Willie Lyles and Houston-based Complete Scouting Services in 2010. Lyles had a connection with an Oregon recruit.

We will get more than 3 schollies for 3 years. Probably 5 schollies per year for 3 yrs... Doubt that we get a bowl ban. That would suck though.

They got nothing on us. The guy we paid didn't tell the HS'ers to commit Oregon. We paid for information about the players, that's all. We shouldn't get punished according to the rules in place, but NCAA is a joke.

5 schollies a year would be appropriate. Any thought of a bowl ban on the side of the NCAA is ridiculous.

Ever since Scam Newton, the NCAA's sanctions have been ridiculous.

lol there was no paying recruits to play for Oregon, nor did the players play for Oregon. Hell, about half the problems sanctioned the NCAA tried to legalize this last year.

Winston looked good i thought he would be meh. hopefully he can keep it up Yea I didn't kno much about him, read a little bit and he sounds like a really good kid in general, and clearly a good athlete (plays baseball too). I don't know how Pitt was supposed to be this year, but they were 6-6 last season and beat 2 ranked teams, so I assume they were at least decent (at least compared to many top tier teams playing FCS teams).

I watched him play in HS he is nice I thought he was a little overrated but definitely didn't look it against Pitt. And he's gotten a lot bigger since he's been at FSU
