Jabari Parker - Could have been a for-sure #1 pick a few years ago, but Parker took on something dear to his heart: the Mormon Mission. After a stellar freshman year of college, he was ready to declare for the draft, but had a change of heart and decided to fulfill his missionary duties. His game is very speculative at this point. He was a good scorer in the paint, who also showed flashes of a decent jumper. He could handle the ball well, but was powerful for his position. He showed defensive promise and a knack for rebounding. Unfortunately, this was two years ago. Teams aren't sure where his game is at now, and Parker won't be through with his mission until after the draft. His true ratings are unknown... (The team that drafts Parker, along with the rest of the league, will be aware of his real ratings before TC)
Kejuan Johnson - Many feel Kejuan had no business declaring so early. He is very raw, but has a lot of room to grow. He is a very good athlete, but his jump shot is suspect and his handles are unrefined. Definitely has gotten by on athleticism until now.
James Birsen - Spot up shooter who also plays a little defense. Birsen floats around the 3P line waiting for an open swing pass. He isn't a lock down defender, but is pretty well-rounded. Limited upside.
Sergey Karasev - Sergey is very inventive and has pretty good court-vision for his position. His jump shot is undeveloped, but he does enjoy to gamble for steals. Could be a pretty nice back-up.
Kuran Iverson - Cousin to the original AI himself, Kuran definitely has the ball-handling down. But that's about it. His dribbling and passing are unrivaled in this class, but he is so raw offensively and defensively, that scouts aren't sure where he belongs. He is too slow to play any guard position, and too weak to play post. He will need A LOT of attention but has great upside. Cannot play PG.
Rodney Hood - Hood should come right in and contribute for a team making a playoff push. Wouldn't chance him if I were a rebuilding team, but he can definitely start right away. He's strong and talented down low, and plays very good defense. Would be a great fourth or fifth starter, but probably won't improve much. I think he has a good 4 or 5 years in him though.

Thats pretty exciting not knowing until before TC what his ratings are.. If he is taken with a super high draft pick, kinda scary. I like it.
