We would still be left with an Obama that killed Osama bin Laden with his bare hands. Huh We'd still be left with an Obama that bailed out the American auto industry while mandating that they find new, innovative ways to double mileage standards. Ok why is the government involving itself in private businesses We'd still have an Obama that brought free market principles to an already socialistic healthcare system and improved it for a vast majority of Americans. Ya all the Mexicans Sweet baby Jesus. The part about Obama killing Osama bin Laden with his bare hands was clearly said in jest. And why did the government involve itself in private business? Probably because it averted a national catastrophe. And guess which political party really jumpstarted the beginning elements of the auto industry bailout? You might be surprised. And I have no comment on your last remark. Gibberish. Then why say it Once you involve yourself in one.... You know it's true. If I had to guess you are a minority.

I said it because he was largely responsible for taking down Osama bin Laden. I just spoke with grandeur a bit there. And no, it so obviously goes beyond a 'once you involve yourself in one' situation. The auto industry is a tremendous exception and the auto bailout was entirely designed to be an exception. GM and Chrysler would've run out of money. Simple. They would've folded. A couple million jobs would've been directly impacted. It would've been a national catastrophe. And I'm a white, middle-class American. I'm a teacher and a football coach in a middle-to-upper class neighborhood. My mom worked very successfully with Verizon for years and years and retired at the age of 53. My parents now own their own small business. Good call.

He's eliminating natural selection. The stronger people work to afford real health care...Those who don't work, don't get health care. So for working, I'm going to get rewarded with average health care that the dude on welfare gets. But I guess getting what we don't deserve is the new American dream.

I feel like this applies perfectly to everything that Svedda and RBx have said:
Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

It's pretty well documented that Obama played a rather large role in the pursuit of and execution of Osama's demise. There are exceptions. The 'bailout', if you can even call it that, was done to save thousands and thousands of American jobs. It was done to avert a disaster of a situation. You can keep repeating yourself over and over again that government had no right to do what they did but, well, you'd be wrong. And your understanding of how our healthcare system works is tremendously lacking. I dislike Romney as a candidate for so many reasons. Why do I hate America? Hahahahaha. Classic.

Alright, I'll bite. You classify Republican's as well informed, educated, and realistic. Right. I classify them as the most out of touch political party that this country has seen in a long, long time. It's too easy to blame George Bush at this point. Newer targets exist. Congressional Republican's set out to derail the Obama presidency at any cost. They directly damaged the future of this country by playing games over the debt in the summer of 2011 and blocking the President's job initiative. However, even if Obama did have his way..and decades of financial deregulation and and minimal intervention didn't explode just as Bush was leaving (invalidating the principles of Ronald Reagan, Friedman, Greenspan, etc.), had there not been two unfunded wars (technically..one war and one cowboy vendetta), and unfunded Medicare expansion..we would still be left with an Obama that killed Osama bin Laden with his bare hands. We'd still be left with an Obama that bailed out the American auto industry while mandating that they find new, innovative ways to double mileage standards. We'd still have an Obama that brought free market principles to an already socialistic healthcare system and improved it for a vast majority of Americans. Or, maybe..we can go with the alternative. Maybe we can go with more unfunded tax cuts - that's great for lowering the debt AND has proven to be incredibly helpful for middle class families. Or perhaps we can continue to squabble over gay marriage and abortion? I hear those can be real dredges on the economy. (Please note the dripping sarcasm in my last paragraph. Thanks.) its such bullshit i dont even understand where to begin. like the reality is setting in that people actually by in to these beliefs and ideas. my world is breaking right before my eyes. like i know people believe different things than i do, and that's cool and all. but this doesn't even make sense. This is my favorite response here. Just classic stuff.
