Winston Williamson-Steve Nash anybody? Williamson has certainly heard the comparisons, and based off his game, they are very apt. His shooting is outstanding, he can fire off from anywhere on the court, but his offense is not the focal point of his game. He doesn't look to go inside much, and defensively is a mess, but he does protect the ball pretty well and can score if you really want him to. Upside isnt great, as his strengths and weaknesses are pretty much set.
Caiden Garner-The Kansas product surprised many when he declared for the draft after just one year, as he was the kind of player that really coulda used a few more years of seasoning. Instead, what you get is a pretty mediocre offensive and defenisve PG, who is undersized. Kinda hit or miss offensively, if he catches fire, look out, he can be a sniper from the three point line, but take away that and he struggles in the midrange and really isnt a threat to get inside. He had all the promise as a potential star PG due to good athleticism, but things seem to have taken a negative turn as of late in scouts eyes.
Savion Sheppard- A great name, but not such a great game. Dont get me wrong, Savion is a real nice player, who will make his living at the next level based off his outstanding jump shot. Nearly automatic from midrange, but from outside the three point line he is a bit too selective. Tends to shy away from anything but the most open looks, but seems to suffer from a lack of confidence away from his bread and butter, because despite nothing mechanically wrong with his shot, he really is inconsistent out there. Defennsively pretty mediocre, and a poor athlete, not going to get inside. Quick enough to stay in front of other PG's. Probably a role playing backup long term who can step in in case of an injury, but not a long term solution
